Searching For The Perfect Shower Curtain...

I'm moving to my new city for college in the fall. I already have a shower curtain, but I've gotten board with my current one. I'm sure y'all know what i'm referring to. A girl just needs a change every now and again. I've decided that I don't want my bathroom decor to match my room. I think i'll like that fact that each is decorated differently. I want my bathroom to look girly, but at the same time still look grown up and classy if that makes sense. These are a few pictures of shower curtains that are at the top of my list right now. I would say that my top two favorite are the Brown and pink shower curtains. I just find them to be girly, upscale looking and gorgeous all at the same time. You wouldn't think picking out a shower curtain could be such a big decision.. but it turns out it really is. Girls typically spend a lot of time in their bathrooms, and I find that having the right shower curtain can really brighten your mood. Dancing With The Stars Finale

I have been a HUGE fan of DWTS since season one! This season was full of surprises. In the finals we had Chelsea Kane, which in my opinion was hands down the best dancer. Then we have kirstie Alley, and I absolutely adore her. I have always been a HUGE fan of hers. She's just so real. It's like what you see is what you get. I think America just loves her too. She's just that type of person who could cheer you up and make you laugh in seconds. I have to say congratulations to her. She did so well, and tried so hard. I still can't get over that she's 60 years old. She looks incredible! What an inspiration she is to so many. Then we come to Hines Ward. He just smiles and it lights up the whole room. Who knew he could shake his booty like that!! Hines is so down to earth, and you can tell he just loves life. All three of these amazing candidates deserved to be in the finals. They all were amazing dancers. They all got "PERFECT 10's" during the finale too. But combining the judges scores in with America's votes.......

Hines Ward ultimately won!!!! I think they are all winners, and this season had a very unforgettable and enjoyable cast. I can't wait for DWTS to start in the fall. I wonder who the stars will be? If any of you have watched DWTS this season I'd love to hear your thoughts! And for those of you who don't... Your missing out!

The Lotion That Stole My Heart

I recently just got back from vacation. One of the Resorts I stayed at was the Westin. Most hotels & resorts leave shampoo, conditioner, and body lotions in your bathroom for you to use. It's 14.00 for 7oz. I still have some bottles, but I love it so much I have to by more. I think I may give some of these away for birthday presents for friends and family. They say that the best gift you can give is something that you would want. I wish you guys could jump in the picture and smell it for yourself. It's unlike anything I have ever smelled. I typically am not a big fan of lotions. Most of the time they make me feel greasy, sticky, smelly, or uncomfortable. The white tea aloe lotion that Westin makes leaves you feeling soft, relaxed, Sexy if you can believe that, and it just puts you in the best mood. It's crazy that a lotion can have that affect on you. But it really does, and I'm sold! I would highly recommend trying this amazing lotion. It will not disappoint you one bit. College Dorm/Apartment Bedding & Bath Ideas!

Going away to college can be so exciting and yet scary at the same time. Most students end up leaving home and going away to school. Whether your going to be living in a dorm or or an apartment on or off campus, you want your room to feel like home. Most dorm rooms are very bland and you can't paint the walls. Luckily, with the right accessories and furnishings you can transform that space into something Spectacular!

I'm starting college in the fall, and

have been searching for the perfect

bedding. I'm really leaning towards

the Pink & Green theme. I just absolutely love those colors together. They are fun and girly. It will surely brighten anyones mood! I have searched high & dry for decorating ideas. I have a bunch of pictures and hopefully this will get you inspired, and possibly give you some ideas as well.

These are just furnishings I happen to really adore, and I think these colors look great together. These are real pictures of actual college students. I love how these ladies incorporated different colors and patterns together. Decorating is all about expressing yourself, and I think they all did a great job. From my personal experience some of the best places to find affordable room decor and furnishings is Ross, TJ Max, Marshalls, JC Penny, Bed Bath & Beyond, Linens & Things, PB Teen, Garnet Hill, Target, Kirklands, and Wake Up Frankie. Department stores like Nordstroms, Macys, and Dillards also have a good selection and frequently have sales. So watch for those too!!
